Alexander Vinogradov

Alexander Vinogradov, geboren in Moskau, gab sein Debüt noch als Student des Moskauer Konservatoriums am Bolschoi-Theater in der Rolle des Oroveso / NORMA.

Seitdem führten ihn Engagements an zahlreiche Opernhäuser, u. a. an die Staatsoper Unter den Linden in Berlin, die Wiener Staatsoper, die Semperoper Dresden, die Metropolitan Opera in New York, die Los Angeles Opera, die Opéra national de Paris, das Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London, das Teatro alla Scala in Mailand, das Teatro La Fenice in Venedig, das Opernhaus Zürich und das Teatro Real in Madrid. Sein Repertoire umfasst Partien wie Leporello / DON GIOVANNI, Basilio / IL BARBIERE DI SIVIGLIA, Sparafucile / RIGOLETTO), Méphistophélès / FAUST und LA DAMNATION DE FAUST, Zaccaria / NABUCCO und Fiesco / SIMON BOCCANEGRA sowie die Titelpartien in ATTILA und LE NOZZE DIE FIGARO.

Er arbeitete im Laufe seiner Karriere mit Dirigenten wie Gustavo Dudamel, Daniel Barenboim, Kent Nagano, Vladimir Jurowski, Lorin Maazel, Mariss Jansons, Zubin Mehta, Placido Domingo, Valery Gergiev, Philippe Jordan, Antonio Pappano, Semyon Bychkov, Yuri Temirkhanov, Vasily Petrenko, Dmitrij Kitajenko, Helmuth Rilling und Myung-Whun Chung.
